INVITATION TO EXHIBIT

We are pleased to announce that the 71st Annual Wills Eye Hospital Conference will be held at the Sheraton Society Hill Hotel in Philadelphia, PA on March 7-9, 2019. The conference will be on Friday and Saturday. On Thursday, March 7, 2019 we host a free paper session presented by Wills Eye Hospital residents, fellows and staff. The presentations will be from 1:00PM to 6:00PM in the Wills Eye Hospital Auditorium followed by a reception sponsored by the Wills Eye Alumni Society. Exhibitors are invited to attend this session and the reception.

The formal two-day conference begins on Friday March 8, 2019. Expected attendance is approximately 250 physicians, along with 200 allied health personnel and administrators. The aim of this conference is to provide important, relevant, and current clinical information in the ophthalmic subspecialties to the comprehensive ophthalmologist. The format will be a combination of lectures, symposia, point-counterpoint sessions, case presentations, and Q & A. Distinguished guest faculty will present named lectures on Friday and Saturday covering topics in cataract surgery, retina, pediatric ophthalmology, and clinical research. The formal program concludes Saturday morning.

Specifics on the space are as follows:

Each exhibit area is approximately 8’ x 10’. Skirted tables, chairs and electrical connections are included. Displays must not be more than 42” in height along the sides of the booth in order to prevent obstructing the view of other booths.

The cost of each booth is $1,500, $3,000 or $6,000 based on the location (see floor plan page). The booths in both Foyers are in areas with greater visibility and prominence during the conference. We have created increased traffic flow into the main exhibit rooms by placing the academic posters and break refreshment stands there. This fee includes the space for the entire 2 day period, networking lunch on Friday, janitorial service for the aisles of the exhibit area, 24-hour security of the exhibit area, unlimited attendee registration, and an exhibitor’s listing in the program. The application for the exhibit space, with the required payment, must be received prior to December 1, 2018 to be listed in the program.

No refund will be made if the engaged space is not used, nor will any refund be made on space used only for a part or portion of the conference.

The registration desk will be open Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM, and again from 7:00AM to 6:00PM on Friday and 7:00AM to 1:00PM on Saturday. Registration badges will be necessary for admission to the Exhibit Area at all times. The conference is not open to the general public. Badges can be obtained at the registration desk.

As an exhibitor at the 71st Annual Wills Eye Hospital Conference, you are invited to attend the Free Paper Session and Lecture held in the Sara and Noel Simmonds Auditorium at Wills Eye Hospital. This will be attended by Wills Eye Hospital faculty and conference registrants. While there are no exhibits at this portion of the conference, registered exhibitors are welcome to come, listen, and participate.

You are also invited to the opening reception immediately following the Free Paper Session and Lecture from 6:00PM – 7:30PM.
