for Administrators, Managers, Supervisors, and other Non-Clinical Front Desk Staff.

Speakers
Martin T. Focazio
CEO, Coherent Ways

Martin Focazio is an independent consultant, serial entrepreneur and CEO of Coherent Ways, a company dedicated to designing services where technology serves people at the entire service experience - everything your customers see and do online and in the real world.

When digital products - apps, web sites, smart devices - are expected to perform in physical environments—hospitals, homes, public offices, senior living spaces—they require a more careful kind of design. He provides advisory and management services to companies seeking to improve business performance through the use of AI and digital products, incorporating design that accounts for space, place, time, and of course, people and technology.
