
The Foyer and Foyer Annex spaces are areas with visibility and prominence. The registration desk and break refreshment stands are located in the main exhibit rooms and feature significant traffic flow. Each exhibit space will be approximately 8’ x 10’ and includes a draped table, chairs, and electrical access. Set up time is from 6 PM to 10 PM on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Tear down will be on Friday, March 27, 2026 from 6:30 PM to 10 PM.
Security guards will be stationed in the exhibit area 24/7 during the conference. The 78th Annual Wills Eye Conference is not responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitors’ property; exhibitors must take precautions to protect their material. It shall be the responsibility of each exhibitor to maintain insurance coverage against injury to person or damage to or loss of property in such amounts as the exhibitor shall deem adequate.
