EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

Friday, March 9, 2018 | 8:00AM to 5:15PM
Saturday, March 10, 2018 | 8:00AM to 12:30PM

Cost per exhibit space:


$6,000......Main Foyer Exhibit Area
$3,000......Foyer Annex Exhibit Area
$1,500......Exhibit Rooms

The Foyer and Annex spaces are areas with greater visibility and prominence during the meeting. We have created increased traffic flow into the main exhibit rooms by placing the academic posters and break refreshment stands there. Each exhibit space will be approximately 8’ x 10’ and include a draped table, chairs, and electrical access. Set up time is from 1:00PM to 4:00PM on Thursday, March 8, 2018. Tear down will be on Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 1:30PM to 3:00PM.

Security guards will be stationed in the exhibit area continuously from 2:00PM on Thursday, March 8, 2018. However the Annual Conference is not responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitors’ property. Exhibitors must take precautions to protect their own property. It shall be the responsibility of each exhibitor to maintain insurance coverage against injury to person or damage to or loss of property in such amounts as the exhibitor shall deem adequate.

Register by December 1, 2017 to be listed in the Conference Program.
