that the 64th Annual Wills Eye Institute Conference will be held at the
Sheraton Society Hill Hotel in The formal two-day meeting begins on Friday February 24, 2012. The aim of this meeting is to provide important, relevant, and current clinical information in the ophthalmic subspecialties to the comprehensive ophthalmologist. The format will be a combination of lectures, symposia, point-counterpoint sessions, and Q & A. The Bidell, Leopold and Ellis Lectures will be delivered Friday. Exhibit Hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Exhibitor areas will be the foyer immediately outside of the main ballroom. A second area will be available in the room directly adjacent to the ballroom. Our exhibition space was overscheduled at the 2010 meeting, resulting in several exhibitors being unable to have a presence at the meeting. Preference for space will be given to those exhibitors participating in the Educational Grant Program. Other reservations for the 63rd Annual Meeting will be accepted as they are received and as remaining space permits. For further information on the Educational Grant Program, please see the appropriate form in the Exhibitor’s Information Packet. Specifics on the space are as follows: Each exhibit area is approximately 8’ x 10’. Skirted tables will be provided. Displays must not be more than 42” in height along the sides of the booth in order to prevent obstructing the view of other booths. The cost of the booth is $1,500 or $5,000 for foyer space. This fee includes, in addition to the space for the entire 2 day period, janitorial service for the aisles of the exhibit area, 24-hour security of the exhibit area, unlimited registration per assigned booth(s), and an exhibitor’s listing in the Conference Program booklet, provided the application for the exhibit space, with the required deposit, is received prior to December 1, 2011. No refund will be made if the engaged space is not used, nor will any refund be made on space used only for a part or portion of the meeting. The Conference Registration Desk will be open Thursday, February 23, 2012 between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and will again be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Conference registration badges will be necessary for admission to the Exhibit Area at all times. The conference is not open to the general public. Badges can be obtained at the registration desk.
